I have no proof but this is my opinion only. They did wasp nest removal which was fabulous, no complaints and 5 star for that. A week later a visit was made by the original WONDERFUL tech and another Orkin representative. That person requested permission to walk my yard and go enter my crawl space. About a month later I already have mice in my garage going in and out of the crawl space. I have lived here for 15 years AND my crawl space is encapsulated, secure, very clean, no direct ground contact. I truly believe the second Orkin person planted mice in my crawl space when he asked to enter. He talked about pest control before entering, I said no issue in 15 years. I come home now and see two mice running back to crawl space as my garage door opens. First time in 15 years and now regularly. Again, I have no proof, it may not be true but timing is incredible. I will never use again!

The guys you send here are very polite. The service is very good. Have recommend y’all to a few people. On 1/4/24 my guy was here & did outside. I wasn’t here for him to do inside. We got a snow storm next day. What was the reason todo outside? Plus this is a spring through fall treatment. ?? Now my money was wasted.

They gave us clear instructions on preparing our home for treatment, answered our many questions, and were very prompt, communicative, and thorough. There WILL be follow up, and we chose to include a longer term service to insure no critter would be able to plague us for long!

We’ve used Orkin for years and we’re very happy with their service. Always responsive to our needs. As an example, we recently were schedule for interior service but I called two days prior to the appointment and requested an exterior service to include spraying the exterior for bees and hopefully lantern flies. When the appointment day arrived the technician was on time and prepared. Bees, gone. Lantern flies laying on the deck dying. I couldn’t be happier. Technician was fantastic, knowledgeable, friendly but professional. Highly recommend Orkin for your pest control needs.

Jean, our "Orkin guy" is extremely respectful in our home, politely asks if it is okay to enter such and such room to spray for the pests before he enters. We have had some recurrence of ants and spiders, but not any of the other pests that we spray for. The receptionist woman did not have things accurate (and maybe is training), and tried to say that it would cost extra when we knew it was part of the package that we chose for ants. Overall, I still will give 5 stars because of the SERVICE and respect, and honestly the peace of mind that Orkin has given me considering I DO NOT DO WELL WITH BUGS! LOL! I appreciate your company and completely believe it is a great value!! If I could give 100 stars, I would! ?

The only complaint is that I really think they should have the white booties to put over their boots. I have new carpet and really don't walk around my home in shoes. He was very nice, on time and very thorough.
