Our service agent is very prompt where she arrives at the beginning of the time range set(i,e. 10a.m.-12. She'll arrive just b4 10). Agent is thorough with spraying the house & checking the bait for rodents. We were getting ants last Spring, but our main issue were the mice. We have been ant & rodent free, especially thru these winter months, since using Orkin. So happy with the service. Thank u.

Believe me it's been quite an experience with Orkin. My first two technicians were more interested in unannounced, quick service where they came in did as little as possible and left. Both did half of what they were supposed to do. As a customer, you have to stay on them, ask questions, and be demanding in your follow through. I Have several business with Orkin some employee are good really take there job seriously some others don't care. That's because Orkin allows it all ways come from the top . I was not notified 30 minutes in advance as I requested because I don’t live in the building being serviced. Instead I got a nine minute warning. I had to race over there to oversee the service. I expected more coverage than what I got for the price I paid.

Scam artists...stated they came to my home to perform regular pest service. I watched the driver pull up 2 doors down and sit in the truck about 5/6 minutes then drive off. I'm pretty sure they thought I wasn't home but I watched them because I work remote and was told by employess that sometimes they don't actually perform the service. To add insult to injury, the timing of service on the paperwork didn't even match the time they were parked on the block. They entered a time after I had gotten off the phone with a representative to report the scam. This was in Broadview IL. Extremely disappointed and disgusted with the dishonest business practice!

If I could I’d have given 2.5 stars. So I had just gotten this thinking it was a good idea since I had been dealing with roaches for a while. I got the 2-4 appointment time but my technician did not show up until 3:30 and even then he probably did 20 minutes worth of work for $211? I don’t feel like I got the service I ordered for, I did see some locations sprayed but it felt underwhelming, he also used a drain solution and did give me a heads up to not use them for an hour which I appreciate and he did give me traps and he scattered some but then essentially said the rest of the traps are up to me. I had cleared out my kitchen for the week because I was told on the phone to clear out my cabinets so I felt that I have wasted my time doing that as well, my cabinets remained untouched as I’ve seen and I was not alerted if it looks like it’s going to rain, they don’t do exterior service so even more that I felt I did not get my $200+ worth of service. I honestly felt like more could’ve been done but it was so fast. I’m going to try the follow up but I’m not feeling good about this company. I’m mostly upset about clearing out my cabinets and almost nothing being done. You can argue that in that 2 hour time frame the technician could be in another household. Right now I’m not extremely dissatisfied but also not just dissatisfied. Seeing the other reviews, it almost feels like a lottery getting the technician.

The orkin guy was efficient and knowledgeable as well and came earlier than expected. Also, gave us great knowledgeable as well about the upkeep of our home. He was hilarious. For many years now, this Irkin location has serviced my property as requested, thoroughly, and dependably. Although the rising cost has me reconsidering service; I can say that I have not had any pest problems and THAT is what's making me TRULY consider my options! There are no loyalty discounts or incentives for continuity of service, which I think would sway any customer to stay with service. They REALLY need to consider such offerings.
