“Was happy with the initial visit to take care of pest issue in my home. The follow-up was a disaster. I called several days ahead to confirm the appointment for the follow-up pest treatment, and then they never showed. When I called to ask why they didn't show, they told me they moved the appointment to a time that did not work for me. Instead of changing the time to a time that would work for me, they showed up anyway, and left a note on my door saying they called me multiple times. Simply not true. Would not recommend. Very disappointing.”
