The company recommends running this overnight to ensure that no children or other pets get into it, but it’s not necessary. You can do whatever works best for your situation.

The only possible downside to this product is that it does not repel fleas it just captures them. If you do not catch every single flea, you’ll have no luck because they will reproduce in no time. In our opinion, this might work best in conjunction with an ultrasonic repeller.
