What Customers Are Saying

“Raccoon Problem in Indianapolis? I have been worked with these guys in the past and they do what they say they will. Highly recommend them for all your raccoon removal services or any other type of wild animal removal.”

“I am writing this review because I have a major problem due to the sloppy work Wildlife Rescue & Control did at my house in 2009, & also because they never returned the $550.00 we paid them for a dumpster & hole cut in roof to remove the raccoon waste, but had to take through our house instead because they couldn't get a dumpster into the back yard..We paid them $4,322.00 for the job, & they had to come back a second time because they had left a pile of manure on the floor where the cage had sat for nearly 24 hours with the poor animals thrashing about. I believe they caught 4 racoons. I was unable to go check it out when the job was finished due to vertigo problem making it impossible for me to climb the narrow steps. Mark said that they had done a good job,& was able to go up there a few days later. I stumbled on something in the room where the cage was,& got a flashlight & saw that it was a pile of manure left behind on the floor!.They also did not replace all the insulation, & the room below is now below 60 degrees in the winter, & in the summer without AC, there's a strong urine odor left on the other side of the ceiling.I want to sell my house, but cannot until the ceiling is removed -it's over a 3 car garage, so is quite an expensive task, thanks to their incompetence. The dried feces will also present a major problem since they can cause blindness of death, & no way will they be able to prevent the spores from floating through the entire house. There are also 3 large pieces of furniture in addition to an elliptical, large upholstered chairs, etc.I don't k now how they will get the furniture out except for taking through a bedroom & a narrow hall, then down the stairs.I imagine there's urine soaked insulation left behind. They also left 3 babies in the attic for over a month, & I could hear them breathing right over my computer as they chewed on the wires of the recessed lighting. They finally died & the stench in the closet ruined a fur coat & several expensive suits & silk dresses. We waited until my more assertive brother-in-law came from North Carolina to let Mark know what we wanted done to finish the job. Unfortunately , he did not get anything in writing, but Mark told him that he would sent a check for the amount owed, but never did. He had some other people come back the 2nd time,.They cleaned up the dirty floor, but we noticed how cold it was in the room below due to the loss of insulation never replaced, & is like an oven in the summer. My husband was very ill with cancer, so didn't participate in the conversation. I tried to call Mark, but he never answered the phone, & then had major problems as my husband was in the hospital for a month. Not only will it be very expensive, due to their shoddy work, but the odor remains & will be unable to sell the house. Oh, he said that the 2nd crew had done an excellent job. I was able to go up there a few days later, & Mark didn't even pick up the hazmat suits they left behind. They also did not remove the large amount of manure left behind in their latrine on the roof over the back porch the first o ther second time, & I had racoons running across the roof at 2AM every night, & leaving more manure in their latrine. They'd said that they would use something on the roof that would repel racoons , but that never happened either. They continued to come for 2 more years, & finally a fellow cleaned the roof with some repellant, & that was the end of the racoons.”
