“Referred to by American Pest Control because they didn’t serve my area. The cost to remove a groundhog was surprisingly more than I imagined and an additional $50 (?) for each additional hog they pulled out. Plus a barrier installed later. I felt I couldn't/shouldn’t spend into the $500 range for the removal. Not knowing when or if they would come I am suddenly called and they were on their way. I told Jim I wanted to discuss the process as I wasn’t sure about spending that kind of money. Suddenly, I was told it wasn’t cost effective for them to drive 45 min to provide me a service twice in a month. When I asked for other suggestions, I mentioned my former town had animal control and my new one didn’t, he proceeded to bash the town with animal control stating they were spending the taxpayers dollars for it. Completely unprofessional and rude.”
