“I was having issues with spiders inside and outside of my home. They were some of the biggest spiders I have ever seen. I called Viking Pest Control and I am so glad I did. Everyone I spoke with at Viking was very nice, understanding of my concerns and knowledgeable about my problem. Within two days, Al, the technician assigned to me, arrived to safeguard my home and my family from these huge spiders. Al was also very knowledgeable as well as very pleasant. He listened to my concerns and asked me many questions regarding the issues I was having. He asked me to describe the spiders I saw and even showed me pictures of the more dangerous types. Fortunately, I had not seen any of those kinds of spiders, but it is very comforting to know that we are protected against those as well. I am very pleased with Al's service and professionalism. He treated my home with respect and wanted to make sure he covered every room on every floor. He even removed the cobwebs that were present on the landscaping outside my home. I have not seen a spider or a cobweb since the treatment. The follow-up visit is scheduled for next week. I don't think Al will find anything (alive) on his next visit.
