The technicians have always been kind and professional and have always done a great job each time they come out. The people that work in the office are very attentive, they’ve always taken great care of me each time I’ve called in to ask a question, make a payment, etc. there have been a few times where I’ve called and no one answered so I had to leave a message but my call was always returned in a timely manner. I highly recommend giving these guys a try if you’re looking for a good Pest Control comapany.”

“I would like anyone interested in possibly investing in this service to know that Vanguard Pest Control has been absolutely amazing! I want to share a personal experience to express the kind of family owned business they are. A couple of years ago when i was having a hard time adjusting to finances after divorce i needed to cut expenses where i could. When i called the office to stop service, the branch manager refused to let me cancel and offered to do my service at no charge. I was appreciative and a little embarrassed but really needed the service since we are freakishly afraid of spiders. Months later when i knew that i could possibly afford it but wasn't sure if it was necessary, i called to terminate service in the hope to begin at a later time. Unexpectedly my price was reduced and service resumed. I never once asked for this and the level of service was always exceptional. Eventually I was able to resume service at the price i had originally. When i asked why the company made these accommodations for me the answer was "we take care of those who take care of us". These guys really take care of their customers and I can testify to that. I have had them for over 10 years now and wouldn't think for a second to use anyone else.”
