“I have had bees in 2014 and 2015 in the same location at my home. Tried and True performed the service to remove the bees and now they are back for a 3rd time and each time in the exact same location. I called and they were nice, but said I would have to pay the same cost and now they are telling me they have to tear a portion of the wall out to get at them at an additional cost. Why did they tell me that the first two times? It's sad that they will not stand by their work especially since this will be the third time to have a go at it. I am disappointed that the job was not done correctly the first two times.”

“We’ve used Tried and Tru for over 3 years and at 2 locations. They are always on time and do their job quickly and professionally. At our first house here in the desert, we used the company to spray inside and out every 3 months, and we had no problems. We continued using them every 3 months at our second home. We have a cricket issue since we’re now on a golf course. If the critters aren’t controlled with the first spray, the company comes back a week or so later and re-sprays at no cost. That is good service! We have 6 fruit trees, and when a roof rat decided to open a dance studio or furniture moving company in the attic above the kitchen (crazy sounds from one rat!) Tried and True took care of that too. They trapped the rat, and put steel mesh netting over the vents on the roof so they cant get back in (why don’t roofing companies automatically do that when they put on a roof?). Long and short of it, we continue to use Tried and True, and highly recommend them!”
