“Shady Company. I had been a customer for several years. I called them after the last treatment to say we no longer needed their service due to the fact we were moving. However, they did not document the phone call and applied another treatment. Although I did not ask for it, did not want it, they still wanted me to pay. Admitting they were at fault they offered their standard new-customer offer of 50% off a treatment. I told them no but that I appreciated their honesty and service and would use them if we came back to the area. To this they said they were going to forward the amount to a collection agency. $28 to a collection agency? LOL. Turns out that’s what my patronage was worth to them? Don’t waste your time. Haha…$28 and they lost a customer for life.
