“While inspecting our house in preparation for a new coat of paint, we discovered termite damage around our front entryway. We called The Guardian and they sent a technician out immediately. He was able to determine that the damage was old (which was not discovered by the other company that inspected our home prior to us buying it) but did an extensive treatment around the perimeter of our house. Since we have hard-coat stucco, he had to drill in several places and he really took his time to make sure they didn't come back. We have peace of mind knowing that we've protected one of our largest investments and would use them again without hesitation.”

“We called the Guardian several months after moving into our new home. We had been battling a terrible roach problem in our kitchen and called them after receiving a referral from my mother. In my opinion roaches are the worst, and most common, problem that you can have. We live on a very wooded lot and no matter how many bait traps we put out they always seemed to come back. The technician came out and treated our home both on the inside and out. We saw a noticeable difference in just the first visit and with continual treatments the roaches have not reappeared!
