Horrible company and steer clear of them! After being a customer for over 10 years, I had to leave them. Terrible experience with Brian Williamson, who I see others mention about him and I wished I listened. After selling me a contract for carpenter ant treatment, he said he could save me money with my annual termite inspection and discount a quarterly pest control plan. Following my payment and when I try to get the other pieces in place, he disappears and stops responding to all of my text messages, calls, and voicemails and he goes radio silent. Don't trust them and they will swindle you!

Title: Terrible Service, Miscommunication, and Overpriced Solutions I’ve had a deeply frustrating experience with Terminix and feel compelled to warn others. I had a problem with crazy ants, and the technician informed me that my current contract didn’t cover them. They sent an “expert” just to confirm I had crazy ants and then quoted me $1,300 to include them in my contract! Of course, I reached out to other pest control companies, and I’m so glad I did—another company resolved the issue in one day for just $260. The ants disappeared, and I couldn’t be happier with their service and price. But the nightmare with Terminix didn’t end there. When I decided to cancel my service, I was bounced around between customer service and the retention department multiple times. Retention told me crazy ants were included in my contract, but they needed to “confirm” with the field office. They asked me to wait a week for a supervisor to call me. No one did. When I called again, the same thing happened. After waiting another week, I finally got a call back, and the supervisor confirmed that I would still need to pay for the crazy ants, despite what the retention team said. What’s worse, the supervisor admitted that the office staff doesn’t understand field operations! How can a company as big as Terminix operate without its departments being on the same page? I called a third time to cancel and shared the confusion between their office and field teams with the retention staff. She was shocked but seemed powerless to fix the issue. I canceled my contract on the spot. This experience has shown me that Terminix is overpriced, disorganized, and more concerned with squeezing money out of customers than providing reliable service. I want to warn others not to fall for their big brand name. There are better, cheaper, and more effective pest control companies out there that actually respect their customers. Avoid Terminix unless you want to deal with endless headaches, poor communication, and a serious lack of accountability.

We have used Terminix for 27 years for annual termite inspections. We have had many technicians through the years, and today we had the best yet. This young man, John G. was polite, professional and VERY knowledgeable. Instead of just running through, doing the inspection, telling me everything was ok and leaving, he actually took the time to educate me about termites. He told me what to look for and when to call them, and he showed me photos on his phone of what he was describing. He was very polite and asked first. He wasn’t pushing the info on me, and I was thankful to learn about the signs of an infestation. He seemed to care like it was his own home. I don’t write many reviews, but this young man clearly impressed me.
