Our technician is courteous and fully explains treatments on each visit. He also will not complete an outside application if the weather is not cooperating. I highly recommend Terminix of Shelby for all of your pest/termite needs. His includes carpenter bee treatment.

They showed up at my house never spoke to me or my wife. they had Came and left a card one time 3 weeks prior i didnt call cause i wasnt pleased with previous service. Yard is fenced in and and has a gate on drive way the guy helped himself into my yard and treated my property then sent me bill when I never wanted the service to begin with .... I called spoke to someone was suppose to receive a call back never did now they sending me another bill ... that said please reach out and lets resolve this cause if it goes on my credit I have no problem getting a lawyer and getting to the bottom of yall crossing a fence and gate to treat a yard with out an appointment... sad thing is my wife was home and dude never knocked or anything got email for bill wife looked outside he was leaving

I had my yard treated about 10 days ago for fire ants, the technician who treated my yard (I believe his name was Wesley Lovelace) missed my property line, so I called back. I gave it 7 days from the treatment, as he said. He just called me arguing saying “no I said 14! sir, not only did you not tell me that, you just called me at 8:30 in the morning, during a holiday week, to argue with me. Do yourself a favor and use the Gastonia office, the Shelby office technician is unprofessional. If you tell a customer to wait a week, they do so and are unsatisfied with what they have paid for, it is extremely unprofessional to call up arguing. Edit: I had called and complained about the technician Wesley, and the woman on the phone was very nice. She sent a different technician to my house and he found a ton of active fire ant hills, when Wesley had told me he didn’t find one active one. Definitely didn’t actually look. David, the new technician, was not only very nice, but very thorough, looking under bushes and rocks.

First time hiring this company because of the good recommendations. Called and set an appointment set for April 12 but didn't showed up them showed up unannounced on the last week of April. Paid the day for the service. Well guy told me he will be back in 2 weeks and nothing I called the office for a refund because the fisrt spray didn't do anything at all. In fact it got worse. Well about a week ago mr Richard Byrd called me on May 8 and spoke to him about getting my money back and he said I will make things right. And will call tomorrow he said to me but we are on the 16 of May and still waiting on his call. Literally worse customer and service ever. I want my money back. And yes Richard Byrd you are such a liar for not keeping your word.

DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT! We moved from the address that was under contract and called them to cancel the remaining service. They informed us that we would have to pay for the service anyway AND pay an over $200 cancellation fee. So we asked instead if we could just transfer the service to our new home 5 minutes away. They won't do that either! So now I am having to pay for 2 months (because they went and sprayed last month as well even though we knew nothing about it) for a house I don't even live in anymore. RIDICULOUS!
