While scheduling and communication of when the service would be completed was not consistent, the level of service provided by Terminix was great. When I called to cancel my service prior to the end date, I was not told that I would have to pay the remaining contract AND an early termination fee of the same amount as the remaining service. I am INCREDIBLY unhappy with the lack of transparency as I'd have rode out the contract. Additionally, contract language is very vague that this would occur. Beware of using their services.

I've been a Terminix customer for over a year, and while I appreciate their pest control efforts, I've been extremely frustrated with the scheduling department. Unfortunately, I've experienced several issues, including: Technicians not showing up for scheduled appointments. Technicians arriving on the wrong day. The wrong technician being sent for the specific pest problem. This is incredibly inconvenient, especially considering the high monthly fee I pay for the service. It feels like I can't rely on the scheduled appointments, which defeats the purpose of a routine pest control plan. While the technicians themselves have been professional, the scheduling issues have significantly impacted my experience. Hopefully, Terminix can address these problems to ensure smoother service in the future. Because of these frustrations, if I weren't locked into a contract, I would terminate service with them.
