He’s also great. He did everything to help me get my appointment done for today. They both get 5 stars from me thank you!

I have been with Terminix for a few years now and everyone is great, but I had an inspection done by Austin Naples yesterday and he was amazing to work with! He was hours early (with my OK), he spent close to 2 hours at my house to thoroughly explain everything to me and answer my ton of questions, all while being patient and understanding my concern. He checked my home very thoroughly, even checking extra areas at my request. He gave me his card with his direct cell number so I could call with any additional questions. And he actually took my call and again thoroughly answered all of my questions. Austin is an excellent asset to Terminix! I had another amazing Terminix employee come out yesterday and I could not be happier with these guys. John Hufford was on time, communicated well and answered all my questions. He genuinely understood my concerns and reassured me over and over. He called to update me and gave me his direct phone number to reach out with any more questions and concerns. These guys give me confidence and faith that they will take care of my problem completely. John is another excellent asset to Terminix!

I’ve been with Terminix for about 5/6 years. I’d give it a 5 stars if the price wasn’t getting outta hand but I had to mention my pest guy. He has been amazing , his name is Dave and anytime I have concerns I know not to hesitate and tell him. Also he just got done with my house and texted me letting me know all looked good an I can’t tell you how much I appreciated that. Great job Dave. I will be selling my house sometime soon and definitely had to make this review before hand. Thank you so much.

We have had issues with mice every winter for the past four years. We have a lake house in PA that is rural, so it's very common. However, being that it is a vacation rental, we had to get pest control out there every year to deal with it. This year it was the worst infestation we have ever had. Terminix, and the technician Andrew, was very responsive to our needs. I would highly recommend this company because they will come back out and finish the job without charging more. I have not had this type of success with any other pest control service.

Austin Naples is excellent! Very knowledgeable and friendly. We are having a problem with mice and he checked the entire house inside and out and noted all the ways they could be getting in and set us up with a contract to tighten up the house. He also regularly treats our house each quarter and is always communicative about when he’s arriving and what was found when he treated the property. Very pleased with the service Austin provides!

I hired Terminex to provide pest control services for a food grade Warehouse. My service tech, Robert and the branch manager, Brad went above and beyond to ensure that all systems were up to code. This is a level of service that I don't see frequently from other vendors.

Very pleased with my terminix service. The sales rep who came through our neighborhood was Nico. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. The technician who came out twice was also very pleasant and thorough. We had ant issue, they are gone! Good for preventative as well. Highly recommend the pest control services and pricing is very reasonable!
