So I was driving today 10/16/24 on Montgomery Rd, and there was a Terminix truck behind me that ending up turning left onto West Rd (just mentioning these details so the company can investigate who this was) it was around 2:30pm. The road was a no passing double yellow line with no shoulder or breakdown lane and there was a car in front of me doing EXACTLY the speed limit, sometimes even less. I also drive the speed limit because I opted to have my insurance monitor me so I wasn’t in any hurry anyway but I was slightly annoyed that the driver in front of me seemed to be a bit distracted and did not always accelerate as soon as the speed limit went up. Anyway, this truck was practically on my bumper the whole time like he was trying to intimidate me or to show his displeasure at my safe driving. I swear he was so close if I tapped on my brakes he would be in my back seat! It was truly annoying so to avoid seeing him do this illegal thing (following too close is against the law and if caught you could get a ticket) and to maintain my peace of mind I just turned up the rear view mirror a bit so I wouldn’t keep seeing him. He was so close I could barely see him in my side mirrors! This is not an exaggeration by any means this guy was being a despicable person. It wasn’t like I could go any faster there was a car in front of me and I was maintaining a safe distance behind them and he WAS NOT maintaining a safe or legal distance behind me. Even if I sped up and was tailing the car in front of me that would only put him like 20 feet ahead of where he was so not sure what he was trying to accomplish! If he was driving a personal vehicle that would be one thing but he was in a company truck SMH 🤦‍♀️ Obviously there must be some brain damage there from huffing chemicals all day and I would NEVER hire this company for anything after being harassed by one of their employees like this. I thought it was just a regular guy in a pickup truck but when he turned on West Rd I saw the company logo on the truck and decided to leave a review to let the company and potential customers know what manner of people they are hiring and giving company vehicles to, so probably someone higher up and not just a regular employee.

Any time I have a concern, even between regular scheduled visits, Terminix is quick to come out and resolve any issues. Also my regular technician, Najee Collins-Coleman shows a genuine concern for our particular needs. He is always helpful and answers any questions we have.

Your technician was great. Very nice helpful, but the consumer service is another thing when I call them they don't know any thing they give me the wrong information, they tell me that they are going to do one thing and don't. When I was to to speak with a manger she told me that she is not going to hand the phone over to her manger.

Inspector arrived on time and entered my home wearing protective booties. He assessed the situation and provided a reasonable quote to address the issue, without trying to upsell other services. The technician arrived on time the next day. He removed his boots when entering my home and only placed them on when he was near the attic. He was very thorough with the removal and completed the job as needed.

I can say with certainty I have never experienced such terrible service. I originally had Orkin for my pest control at home, but Terminix advertised the same plans for less money. I made the switch to Terminix and very quickly regretted it. They have not come to my home since May 30th. Every time I call customer service, they are extremely helpful and very kind, but their messages to management or the technicians never get relayed. I have NEVER received a call back from management regarding the lack of follow through on my service. I made the switch back to Orkin this afternoon and will be getting a service call TOMORROW.... When I called Terminix to cancel, I explained I have been paying for two months without ANY service, the gentleman I spoke to was rude and taken aback when I asked about a refund for the LACK of service. Needless to say I am not getting refunded. NEVER AGAIN TERMINIX!

My first experience ever with Terminix and it was a great one. The first interaction was with Bruno who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful when I had follow up questions. My second interaction was with Brian who explained what was going to be accomplished during his visit. He was extremely knowledgeable and efficient.

The service was exceptional. I was informed of what was being used and why. Zach went above and beyond my expectations- even moving heavy objects to treat areas that needed treatment. Highly recommend!

The work provided by the employee Najee who comes out to spray is outstanding, well respected and a hard worker. As for the price that continues to go up and up, has put me in a position to look somewhere else. Having no bugs is certainly great, but the cost has reached a point to where enough is enough

I used them twice with no problems and then immediately began to run into issues. They have no communication between their techs and who makes appointments, they guys that showed up at my house had absolutely no idea what they were doing there. They were just told to “show up”. I had a total of 7 no show appointments where I took time out of my day to be there and they didn’t show up, also charged me for work they didn’t even do!! By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
