stay away from terminix ! hire a professionals ! they came from west berlin nj branch for an inspection to my house amd they said there are no termites . right after the inspection i found termites !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i did complaint to the west berlin nj branch manager but he ignored me. then i requested the regional manager contact me regarding all that mess but the regional manager ignored me ,too. they cant detect termites! and they will not care about your problems and complaints and they will ignore you . so, save your time and your house and hire a different company .

The most unprofessional experience ever. Scheduled initial inspection for Friday, inspector was a no show, when we call to follow-up we received a callback from the inspector advising that he had our appointment scheduled for Saturday. Mistakes happen, so we thought, and we provided a second opportunity for Terminix to prove itself. Appointment went well on Saturday so we decide to purchase the preventive program. Our initial appointment was scheduled for Monday 2-4pm, again Tech is a no show. We follow up with the inspector who scheduled the appointment, who quickly responded he would reach out to the technician and would give us a call back. An hour later no callback. We call the call center to find out the initial 2-4 appointment was never scheduled by the inspector. There is also no easy way to contact the Branch Manager nor corporate to try and get resolution. Needless to say we are taking our business elsewhere.

Had an appointment( which took 20 mins to set up on the phone cause the operator didn't know what she was doing) last night no show, no phone call. I called and they said they reached out to technician and no answer but they have pick up phone policy. Waisted my whole night. Thanks

i has this product installed in my house on friday march 2nd 2018 a rep came out wed feb 28th 2018 for an inspection of the house at the time my appointment was 3 to 5 the rep did not come until well after 6pm this is only after i called at 5 to find out what was going on. when the rep came i informed him that my main concern was mice that i had in my basement. An appointment was set for friday march 2nd. the appointment time was 8 to 12 again the rep was late i called at 915 to find out what time the rep would be coming i was told that they would have to find a rep for me and they would inform me when he would be here. i then received a call saying the rep would be there around 10. the rep then laid wooden mice traps 1 bait station and glue pads. and 2 termite stations and sprayed. i called on saturday because i was not satisfied with traps that were laid i was told that the next appointment would be 1 week from then. on Sunday i once again called to cancel my service the lady was very combative and told me that i was not playing for just mice control but mostly termite, i informed her that my main concern was mice not termites and that i was not happy with how i was being treated and talked to . i was told that a manager would contact me in 24 to 48 hours. after hanging up i called the local number on my contract to again express my concerns about how i was being treated as well as how the lady was talking to me and the lack of professionalism i was told that this would be escalated and again a manger would be calling me in 24 to 48 hrs. today is not Thursday march 8th at 12:11 i again called to say that i have not received a call from a manager in regards to my canceling services. i was told that the manager is in a meeting and they would call me i then asked if i could talk to a manager in that department and was told that the manager was on lunch. Even after being assured yet again that one of 3 managers would be in touch with me today March 8th 2018 i have yet to hear from anyone. the professionalism is horrible at this company i have sent a letter to the bbb and am extremely disappointed with how i am being treated

As usual... over an hour late and horrible service. I would not recommend. I called the contact center and I was assured the technician would be on time. The second call I was assured he'd only be one hour late. Extrusion services do not work and after spending thousands on the service; they admitted it's difficult in the city.
