They sent a salesman, not an inspector. He didn’t even look to see if there was an issue and had clearly already decided he was going to sell us a $2000 package. No thanks. I’ll go with a company that pays attention to the issue at hand and seems to care about what a family is dealing with.

The technician Tyler Smith and the rest of the technical crew did an outstanding job in their attempt to seal off our roof and place traps, to extract squirrel rodents from our premise, and returning several times to monitor the squirrel activity, in order to eradicate the squirrel infestation to our complete satisfaction. Awful. We called yesterday for a spray and they said they would be out to spray between 6-10am but most likely by 8. 8:30am rolled around, so we called. Apparently our slot was for 8am to 12pm, so they could show up as late as 12 for it. 12:30 rolled around, so we called again. They said they didn’t have us scheduled in the system at all. Mind you, we have the documentation for it all. So then she tells us that they won’t be able to get someone in until the middle of next week. We canceled everything immediately. The last lady we talked to even said, “yeah, I don’t blame you.” So clearly something like this is a continuous issue. Somewhere there’s major miscommunication and outright lying. Do not even try to have business with them.

I really wish I had read some of the reviews before contracting with this company. I called the company to set up an appointment to deal with a very specific pest issue. They ended up upselling me to the subscription service, which is fine, but then scheduled an appointment just for an outdoor treatment which had nothing to do with my pest issue. They told me that the appointment was for my pest issue and then canceled twice causing me to ask for four days off work total without even having my issue treated. Honestly, it feels like the company is mostly just a scam. While the ladies at the service center were very nice on the phone, there was nothing they could offer except another attempt at rescheduling the service I had initially asked for and yet I’m still being charged full price. Not to mention, the company continues to only communicate with my husband, even though we verified multiple times that I am the primary contact on the account, which has led to scheduling delays and feels a little sexist.

I would not be using Terminix if it wasn't for our service technician Sam! The company had overcharged us multiple times after we had paid in full. It happened so often that I had to shut down my credit card and completely rearrange all my accounts associated with it. I'm giving Sam all five stars!!! He is such an excellent service provider. He shows up on time, is friendly and so patient listening to our pest issues, then he sets about quickly to take care of them. He is communicative as well as willing to come at any time and take care of any issues we might have. Thank you Sam! We sincerely appreciate you and your outstanding customer service!!

Chris always shoots me a text when he's coming a day or so before so we know. He always asks if there is anything in particular that needs to be taken care of as well as he gives me a rundown of whatever he ran into while on the property after he leaves. The communication is great and appreciated. He does excellent work and pays attention to detail. We have had multiple Terminex people come over the years, he's been the best and most attentive.

Dedicated service moderately priced very professional and knowledgeable technicians not pushy when it comes to other services they make suggestions. Would recommend if you need an exterminator.
