Okay.. so first it was rough. We had tried terminix before and it was NOT GOOD. But.. i heard they were under new management.. SO!!! We Called and got someone out to inspection and service our new house in Lakeville... The new location manager was MUCH better than the last and promised the issues I had before would NOT happen.. He was correct. They delivered. Everything was perfect. So!!! I have adjusted my review.

We recently purchased a home in Princeton, Mn & noticed mice infestation. We reached out to Terminex for mice treatment. Technician, Marco Hinojosa, came to the property & treated the property for mice. Treatment has been very successful & we are very pleased. Marco showed up as scheduled, was very knowledgeable & friendly. Would highly recommend Marco!

No pressure tactics—just honest advice and helpful recommendations. Marco also followed up after the service to make sure everything was going smoothly, which really impressed my husband and I. Terminix is lucky to have someone like this representing the company. Because of Marco’s exceptional service, I feel confident in our decision and are happy to continue using Terminix for our pest control needs.

Dear Terminix Customer Service, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with recent services provided by Terminix. I took 2 days off work for a scheduled appointment; however, the technician neither arrived nor contacted me, which is unacceptable. Additionally, the service performed approximately ten days ago was substandard and did not meet the expected quality.

Had been struggling when th a mouse problem for several months. Previous pest control was not making any headway. If anything problem was escalating with little to no contact or follow up. She came in and within one visit the problem was under control. Now it has been eliminated. She always communicates. Always asks if there is anything else she can do.

If you live in Minnesota DO NOT use Terminix. We have never experienced such horrible service. We have/had bats in our attic. Someone came out in October and was supposed to close up the holes (At this point I’m questioning whether that was actually done). They were also supposed to come out to clean our attic. I have called numerous time. You cannot speak to someone at the local office just the customer service team. They tell me every time someone from the local office will call and I have not heard back once. We finally got a hold of the guy that came to do our inspection and he scheduled something for us. The person came on the wrong day when we were not home. I called him back and he lied to me on the phone that he has not called me that day. He also said he would come back out the next day and never showed up. I would give them 0 stars if it were an option.

Working with this company and their services has been a nightmare. I will be cancelling my service as soon as possible. I have had the Terminix technician no show on me 3 times now and inspector has done the same twice. I have talked to multiple customer services reps over the phone with no resolution to show for it. I am more than frustrated with the lack of professionalism and respsect from everyone involved. I am being billed over $300 dollars for a service that I am not recieving. I have zero faith my issue will ever be resolved.

I’ve experienced the same frustrations as other reviewers. I’ve called 4 times for an exclusion service visit. Two different appointments were scheduled. No one showed up of called for either appt. I called again and was told the district manager for my area would call. After a week with no call back I called again. I wanted the direct number for my local office. I was told they can’t provide that service but they would send another email to the district manager. After again not getting a call back I called again! This time I told them I wanted to cancel all services and wanted a full refund of the annual exclusion fee I paid. I was transferred twice and was told I’d get a call back regarding my refund request. I wonder if I’ll get a call back. I strongly doubt it.

Two scheduled appointments and no one showed up. Company seems sketchy. Update: Third time must be the charm. I rolled the dice 🎲 and have been having luck so far. From 1 to 3 stars as of 10/09/24.
