My technician, Randy. Schilinski, was excellent and was my only contact with Terminex. When service was promised and never completed, he responded on my behalf and tried to schedule with his manager. I t was finally completed due to his efforts and commmunicating on my behalf. He is a great representative for a mediocre company.

I visited a building that had a bed bug infestation. I then started getting bites in my own home so I scheduled a free bed bug inspection. The tech Chris M. (Canton, MI) was extremely thorough in his evaluation. He is very knowledgeable and informative. Luckily he found no evidence of bed bugs. I appreciate his honesty tremendously. Very professional. A+ in my book

Third treatment from Terminix. Chad’s inspection was great, different from the others. He treated carpenter bees and ants issues appropriately. He listened, explained the issues and pointed out things that I didn’t even see as the homeowner. He did not rush the job. He is a great asset to the company. Can’t find employees like that anymore.

Blake was very professional and nice. It didn't take him long once I got my 2 cats that went into hiding. They are very prompt and I would suggest Terminix hands down. I have seen a huge difference from when we were able to return inside. I personally didn't want to get all my animals along with fosters out of the house, I understand why they do it. Thank you for having an appointment as soon as you did. Life is going to be much better.

Paid for the initial services at my home and did not see any change in pest activity. I called to ask for a refund and to cancel services and I have never heard back from anyone at the branch. Their website says they’ll refund you and cancel the plan at anytime within 30 days but they apparently don’t stay true to that. I’ve been told by several representatives over the phone that the branch manager will reach out to me but he/she never does. They’re just running me around in circles and not doing anything different. I would not recommend this company for any services because they don’t stay true to their word and are ineffective.

Daniel Brown is such a hard working, kind, compassionate, and educated technician. He’s a major reason why we love our service and would never consider another company. We live on property with lots of nature, so this regular service keeps the bugs and critters at bay! 10/10 ❤️

I’m absolutely terrified of bugs and have been dealing with them a lot lately. When I called to set up an appointment, I was so happy to hear they’d be coming out in the next day or two. Nicholas was the tech to spray for the pest control! He’s super kind and very knowledgeable! He answered all of my questions and concerns, so I’m very appreciative of him taking the time to answer and explain!

paid them to catch skunk from under deck and to put dig defense down. Traps had to be re baited because each time the bait was gone and no animal was in there. a few weeks later i smell a dead rodent through my dryer vent that’s by the deck. called march 27th, was told my appt was the 29th. no show, turns out it wasn’t set. I put in a request for the manager to contact me and to send a different technician other than Brendan. manager never contacted me but Brendan contacted and let me know he would be out Tues April 2nd.? He claims it’s nothing dead back there and that it’s something bigger in the field, which is a lie.i asked him could it be in the vent and he said it’s unlikely, he just did not wanna do the job. i can’t even dry my clothes because of the rotten smell. i put in for the manager to call multiple times and had customer service reps even email and no response. it feels like this made my problem worse. at this point im feeling like getting another company to remove the animal and take them to small claims court because this is ridiculous, 2 weeks of trying to get this problem solved update 5/23/24* due to the dig defense around the property being done so horribly, I had to pay $200 more dollars to someone else to remove a dead opossum that crawled under and died and was smelling horribly through my dryer vent. called so many times! unprofessional, no manager has called me back, been requesting a callback since march 27,2023. these ppl are scam artist. plz save yourself the headache. check out the pictures and lmk if it’s worth $1100
