Kevin Kremer was our service technician and he did a great job. Communication before, during, and after service was excellent. Service was performed quickly and thoroughly. He knows we have a dog and he made sure to remind me of how long before the dog could go in the yard, and took care to latch the gate back how we need it to keep our pet safe.

I’ve been with Terminex for years. All of their employees provide top notch service. I have never had a bad experience. My current exterminator, Kevin Kremer, went above and beyond by letting me know about problem areas that need extra attention and getting me set up for an appointment at my earliest convenience. I rarely write reviews, but I believe this is an important one for potential customers to be aware of. This company has been extremely unprofessional in coordinating their service schedules. Service professionals frequently failed to show up on the scheduled date or time, and appointments were often rescheduled without any notice to the customers. As a result, I repeatedly did not receive scheduled service, and workers would unexpectedly show up on random dates and times. This lack of communication and reliability has been highly frustrating and unacceptable. Additionally, It is extremely difficult to get a refund from this company. I was dissatisfied with their service from the beginning. When I contacted customer service, they pressured me to give them another chance, promising improvement. Later, I was told I couldn't get a refund because the work was considered "done" — even though the technician never showed up to complete it. I feel this is highly misleading.

I wish Terminix would have concentrated on my termites FIRST and then tried to sell me an insect "package" plan SECOND! No termite problems noticed after their service though. I just think I bought and paid for more than I needed.

Our Service Technician, Greg, is absolutely awesome! We had a chance to see him on our way out while he was servicing the house. He is such a joy to talk to. He’s friendly and kind. We could see how thorough he does his job. It’s so nice to have someone we can depend on that cares about the job they do. Also, the details he provides about the work he has done. His communication skills are great!

I will never recommend! A bunch of crooks! I paid over $165 for someone to come out and spray. The guy asked me to sign so he can go in my house to spray I was actually signing a contract unbeknownst to me for monthly service for $65. After I had already said I didn’t need continued service. They didn’t even find a problem that would have warranted monthly service. I have been going back and forth for months about $65 that never even got used!!!! Go anywhere but here. I should have read the reviews first.
