Promises, no delivery. I have had quarterly service with terminix for years. Was working with them to have a follow up service visit and they are completely non responsive. The service tech (Carlos) just ghosted my tenants for a month. The call center can’t get the district manager to follow up on concerns. There is clearly no accountability in this organization and that is evident through my experience with their product. Avoid this company and look elsewhere if you want actual extermination services that you paid for and were promised to be completed.

Jeramy has been to my home three times and each time has been consistent in his work ethics, in making sure that he explains what he is doing and in being considerate of all my needs . Overall I had a good experience. The pest control professional, Daniel Cummins, was amazing to work with. He not only treated the problem but made sure I knew what to expect and took the time to answer all of my questions. Only issues I had were trying to schedule follow up appointments. Daniel stepped in and helped with that as well.

We had Daniel Cummins give us a second spray and inspection after a month of waiting. He was amazing, he was very direct and answered our questions. He let us know best practices for our issue and even informed us of how to handle general bug issues we are having with things like spiders. He was wonderful and efficient and I would highly recommend Daniel as a technician.

I’ve been using Terminix for almost 7 years now, and they are amazing! I had Patrick come out for quite a few years. Now I have Ed. Both have been awesome people and very helpful. Terrible experience. To start, my initial appointment was a no show. To get another appointment scheduled was a circus of phone calls be transferred to the wrong department and disconnected etc. when I rescheduled my technician was over an hour and a half late. When he showed up for an inspection he used fear tactics and scared the crap out of myself and my house full of kids. By the end of the inspection the estimated treatment was near $4000 and they needed my card to schedule my treatment appointment. I scheduled an appointment for 5 days later and was told I would not be charged until treatment was completed. I got 2 more second opinions the same day. Both company’s suggested minimal treatment and one technician even told me that if it was his home he would wait 2 weeks and keep an eye on things because he didn’t believe I had an issue. I ended up canceling with terminix the same day only to be charged the next day. I did get my money back, but what a hassle! I decided for piece of mind to do a treatment with another company, it cost me a fraction of the price barely over $500 with a 3 month warranty. Terminix wants your money. Terrible service. Extremely overpriced and the fear tactics were insane! -100 stars!!!!!

well, When I first called, the gentleman seemed professional and nice and scheduled me for an appointment between three and 430 with Mike. It is now 5:45pm And I have not heard anything from him, so I called the company in the lady told me to hold not telling me what she was going to do, but she transferred me to Mike’s phone. He did not answer. I left a message. And I called the business back, told him what happened she again just transferred me to some other lady and I told that lady what was going on she didn’t answer me. She told me to hold and transferred me to someone else that wasn’t another state. And she told me all she could do was reschedule and mind you. I told them we were gonna be out of town tomorrow so we needed it today. I waited for these people and they no showed and now I’m going out of town tomorrow without knowing what’s going on.. Very unprofessional, I would not do business with these people! Why would I want to reschedule when your service awful before you even start?

I have never left a bad review because I feel like it’s a waste of my time but I feel the need to warn others that if you request a quote that they will literally harass you. The first day after I received 4 phone calls and 3 voice mails. The second day same thing as well as the third. So I decided to block them because it was ridiculous. They then started calling from a new number!! Absolutely ridiculous. If you want to be harassed into signing up then by all means go for it. I personally do not.
