Going on At least three weeks trying to take care of a beehive they have been unable to resolve the problem and now a no show for today’s appointment. When you call customer service you get the same answers, The technician is not answering his phone The branch manager doesn’t answer his emails and would you like to reschedule. You should stay away from Terminix

Is the was 0 start trust me i wil definitely give you the 0. I call 7/11 to start my contract for pest control and also outside for mosquitos. Payment was taken from mu account same day. My appointment was gor 7/13 @1:00pm at 5 almost 6pm no one show so i call and got informed my appointment was move to 7/16 between 9-12 where i did not receive any email or call informing me with the changes. 7/16 at 12:47 i call again because now one shows (one more time no call or email.) Person in-charge to go to my house didn’t answer phone i ask to speak with a manager they inform me that will take up to 2 days for someone to contact me Almost 2 hours later the guy call me saying he was in a meeting but he will be home in 30 min. Fine i need the service but was still expecting call from manager. Today 7/19 manager haven’t call and i still have pest problem in my house. Thanks for wasting my time my money on you

Don't do business with them. You'd be lured into a so-called 1-year contract, but it's like Hotel California...you can check out but you can't leave. I really tried to follow their rules... before the end of the year, to prevent automatic renewal you must give them "at least 30 days notice," which I tried to do by both phone and texting, but it was a no go. Total frustration.

Luis Finateri today as always did an exceptional job. Once again today he was patient and went above and beyond to make sure to help me (while giving me also peace of mind) with the issue that I’m dealing with at the moment. He was thorough, paid strict attention to everything that I either asked, mentioned & updated him with throughout the treatment. Everything as always was handled in the most professional manner by Luis. I must say that Luis not only to tried to eradicate the problem but also took the time to explain to me how to follow through with the current issue and advised me on how to solve once and for the situation at hand. I’m sincerely grateful that he is the technician that I’ve been working with ever since contacting Terminix. Thanks Luis! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I voluntarily leave a review here. I scheduled termites inspection when I’m purchasing a home. Inspector brought no device. Inspector could not tell me whether there’s active termites activity or not. I was under the impression that the inspection was free and then if there’s termites issues we will get a quote for treatment. Not until inspector came I got to know that to get a report it’s $250. I was willing to do the treatment but was not prepared for the inspection report fee. The inspector got upset and said bluntly in my face that there’s no structural damage (clearly the beams were eaten no structural damage?) so I scheduled the inspection and was given no answer whether there’s termites activity or not and could not ask for price reduction for fixing the beams because the “expert” said there’s no damage. Wasted my time, ruined my deal and made me look like a fool

Set up an appointment. The technician never showed up so I wasted 2 hours waiting. Called the office to inform them that no one ever showed. Said I would receive a follow up and no one has ever reached out. Disappointing for a first time customer. Tried to give a second chance but haven’t even been contacted.
