“I purchased the mosquito monthly service and a one time pest control for my house since i do not get bugs in the house very often. I thought this would help prevent any that might come in as the weather gets warmer. The day after the treatment, I found a roach and that week a couple more - before the treatment I got maybe 2 a year. I called the company to have them come treat again since seems there was an issue. They sent the same guy, but he refused to do it without getting paid again for another treatment. He said in a condescending way to "read my contract - they don't guarantee their work"... Why would I pay again for another bad service? DO NOT PURCHASE THIS SERVICE!!!! You will feel ripped off to spend over $100 for someone to come spray bug spray on a couple windows in your house.”

“Have a contract with them...will advise to stay away or just DIY. They are prompt to respond and would immediately tell you that your pest problem would require extra bucks to cover !! In my case was wasp.”

“VERY CONCERNING not sure the normal business model for this company, they showed up like cowards, without permission, mid week when no one was home and entered my property removing bait station leaving gaping holes in my yard. A business card and a note stating they had come by. How do you do business this way? Zero introduction by any sales person, Zero relation created to continue this service we allegedly received when we bought the house last year. I strong suggest you seek another organization that wants to earn you as a customer.”
