“I never thought a small business would be willing to sacrifice their integrity for a dishonest customer. I am a tenant and currently have a judgement against my landlord for having to live with roaches for the past year. My landlord made an appointment off the record (20 days before the end of a year long lease!) and AFTER I brought it to her attention, she proceeded to call the office and make the appointment official. The inspector (Jose) said he found roach feces but there was no reason for him to believe there was an infestation (total contradiction) I have continued to see roaches multiple times since the inspection and have time stamped photos to prove it. As the tenant, I have had the entire past year of my life compromised and negatively affected because of this problem. I have a 2 year old and it brings me to tears thinking about how I have had to sacrifice taking pictures of him and instead have to make sure I have enough storage to take pictures of roaches!! I was able to prove infestation and negligence once and will have no problem doing it again but it baffles me as to why this company would want to lie about our situation. I have called the office multiple times to speak to the owner or a supervisor but have not received a call back. If you are a landlord and need someone to lie in your favor so you don't have to be responsible for pest control, call Superior Pest Management.”
