“Literally worst place ever. You have to sign a contract with these people and pay $35 per month for 12 months. We called them for routine spraying and to catch a rat that came into our house after tearing an animal shed down. Not only did we have to catch the rat ourselves, but the poison they put out killed our family pet which was a chihuahua that we had for 5 years. The woman that they sent to spray my house would literally walk around talking on her phone while she was "supposed" to be spraying. 2 months shy of our contract being up, we informed Sugarland that we werent going to keep paying $35 a month for nothing. They wouldnt send anyone else and are actually charging a fine for breaching the contract. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone EVER.”
