“I would give -1 star if I could. Stark is contracted by my apartment complex. I called to ask the receptionist about some treatment processes and she kept trying to refer me to my complex's maintenance so I could get a treatment scheduled. I DID NOT NEED TO SCHEDULE A TREATMENT, I simply wanted answers of you all's treatment PROCESS (maintenance wouldn't have known that). I was cut off repeatedly and spoken to in a very condescending tone. Hopefully, she was just having a bad day. On another note, the technician that I have seen before in my apartment is very kind, very understanding, very patient and knowledge, and very brave- in my eyes. Five stars for Paul.”
