“guments with Nate twice, cancelled my sprinkler start up after taking my money saying they were to busy to do it. I thought I was getting a mosquito and bug service and turns out it was just mosquito service. I told Nate to cancel my service on the phone as I thought he was very unprofessional and I was blocking his phone number and he proceeded to call my phone on a blocked number. Telling me I have to call him to cancel the service, when I already did call him to cancel. I do not recommend this company at all. At no time was I scheduled for sprinkler service, I was called and told you had only one technician working on sprinklers and you didn’t have the time to do mine. Had someone called and said we can be there tomorrow I would have made myself available. Seems your office wrote something down in my file that wasn’t the truth. It was strongly suggested to me that I cancel that part of my service. And you are correct, I didn’t give my name because I didn’t know who I was talking to on the other end of the phone! You are the business... he should have answered with Spring Touch. You have made every excuse in the book in your reply. Nate is like a two year old child... you should probably address that issue.”

“Awful is really the only way to describe this business. I would encourage all consumers to stay away. I lived in Mankato for three and a half years and replaced two back flow valves and a busted pipe. The latter I had to fix myself because they were too lazy to come out and fix. But they said they would GIVE me the parts to fix it. Yet I was later charged for them. For the last back flow valve change I told them "you need to come out and fix this at no cost." Customer service agreed and sent a tech. Then of course 2 weeks later I was billed. I called to complain, and they put this guy on the phone who droned on and on about how it wasn't their fault, something is wrong with the house. Their tactic worked I couldn't take the bs spewing forth and hung up. If it truly was a problem with something other than their shoddy work then why not tell me? I lined your pockets for three summers. Shame on me. I'm so glad I no longer deal with this company.”
