“The front office is not very helpful - this is a Tacoma Washington outfit, so you have to go through multiple layers to get to your local branch. I scheduled a consult with a technician who never showed up - nobody gave me notification in advance or an apology afterwards. For $400 they'll set a couple of traps and put out some bait, then charge you another $70 to pick them up afterwards. I was never given any indication that they had solved the root problem, and was never able to talk directly to the technician even after multiple requests so I'll probably be calling another local outfit when the mice come back.”
