“Prompt and courteous. Pricing competitive with other major companies and even a bit less. Sounds like a small item, but their vehicles are clean and they always dress professionally. Technicians are good about special requests such as doing landscaping or staying away from certain areas. For example, we have some shrubs that honey bees love and the spray will kill them, so we ask not to spray around. They are good about these special requests and even give tips on protecting areas (or bees). Only had them twice, but they have been good so far. We do see a difference with fewer ants, spiders, and wasps.”
