“If you're depending on this company to take care of you properly, you're wasting your time. It appeared of the week I've lost Mary three days pay attempting to schedule things with Southwest Exterminating. We set up an appointment for a termite inspection. After taking time off from work that I cannot get back, I was told that the appointment was too late in the day and we needed to reschedule. So a second appointment was setup. I took off a half a day for this as well. These are hours / pay I can't get back. Southwest exterminating called and stated the disappointment too, needed to be rescheduled. When did this, settling on today Friday July 21st between the hours of noon and 2 p.m. Now here I am 7 days from the closing date on my house. And I receive a phone call from you-know-who, Southwest Exterminating. Talk about being left high and dry?! I was told my workers that I did that Southwest Exterminating would not be doing any inspection for me at all. The reason given was that my address was too far away from their service area. Are you kidding me?! After three different appointment times? After losing Saturday's pay? Now? Now you choose to tell me that you're too far away from my house to serve it?! Where the heck is this determination whenever I first called you? But can you look at your Google Maps or whatever you use and determined that I was too far away from you then? Fortunately, I found another provider who was more than willing to come out today and do a termite inspection on my own. Again this leaves me with bad feelings for this company as well as a loss of income for this week. I hope someone pays attention to what I'm writing. I hope someone out there that was considering using this company maybe reflects on what I've have said. Is this company worth taking a chance on? If you need something done and you need it done properly, do you want to take a chance with Southwest Exterminating?”

“Unprofessional and I will be cancelling my contract with them. I'm so losing clients because of roaches they I PAY THEM TO FIX. They come in for a total of five minutes and are unprofessional at that. Total waist of money.”
