Information provided by the company for the proper setting of my spreader was incorrect - it barely provided 1/2 of the minimum application rate as specified by the product manufacturer. I sent an email asking a question to their "Ask a Pro" email address and was assured by them (twice) that they would respond to it - that was over a month ago.
