“This place has the worst customer service what’s so ever. From their customer service associate to the owner. They are very disrespectful and want money for a service that I did not receive. When I ask for them to prove that they were at my house, they say that their gps shows that their associate was there. But yet he can’t show me the work he did. There were no flags left on my lawn, my cameras didn’t catch anyone around my house, there was no service receipt left on my door! Two months later, according to them, I get a bill with late fee for a service I didn’t receive. This is unacceptable. Every time he would come and my cameras would see him, but this last time he happened to be a ghost, I guess. When I called to discuss the situation, the customer service associate was very rude & wanted to hang up the phone by saying a have nice day when she couldn’t answer my questions. Simple as it is, this place no pest control you want for your home or business.”
