“Absolutely horrible -- stay away from these guys. The service tech is completely irresponsible and very disrespectful. He soaked our Amazon packages with insecticide and has left our backyard gate completely open several times in spite of us posting signs of dogs a requesting they close it on numerous occasions. I have had to cancel our service twice last year because they showed up again after canceling the first time. Well guess what... I just received 2 additional invoices! Come to find out they came back out to spray this year... and on the date in question, our dogs ended up roaming the streets because one of our gates was left completely open. On top of that we are using another service and they literally sprayed 4 days later because we had no idea these guys were even here! There are strict laws about time frames between treatments etc. They are putting my family and pets in jeopardy. I called today to cancel for the 3rd, and what had better be the final time -- I plan to take legal action if they come out again. The office staff is super nice and sympathetic, but this business is a train wreck. I am beyond upset and hope no one else has to deal with this type of insanity. Select Pest Control stay away from my house!!!”

“Try elsewhere first. We have a wasp nest somewhere in our walls, but we only know the vague location. The technician wasn't willing to look in the attic or the crawl space, and said he didn't have the equipment with him to help locate them. He ultimately left the job site without investigating further. We still have a wasp nest in the walls of our house. The whole experience was exasperating.”
