“The service was not an issue, however the billing department is abysmal. After not receiving a bill for three months and calling them to correct the address to send the bill to, they went ahead and starting drawing money from the original debit card without my authorization. When I notified them to STOP taking money they were unauthorized to, they went ahead and sent me a paper bill as well as continuing to draw from my bank account. I would NOT recommend this company.”

“My house is under warranty for termites. I have indications that I may have termites in my house. I called a week ago, and was told Sean would contact me. No go! I called again 3 days ago and was told Chad would contact me. So far, no go! What's so hard about a follow-up phone call? They will contact me eventually, I'm sure, because I'm not giving up, but I would expect more concern and quicker response. Color me not impressed with their customer service/follow-up”
