“We recently moved here and noticed huge spiders all over the house. In the research phase of finding a local pest control service we decided to give Sandys Pest Control a call. We scheduled a visit, but, had further questions in regards to his pest control service. So we gave them a call back. Unfortunately, on this call Kent Sandy showed his true colors and has little patience for questions. He got "upset" and hung up on us while we were documenting his answers out loud to my mother for our written documentation. Unprofessional and obviously has time in his schedule possibly a.k.a. no business going his way. My take after working with many contractors he prefers little questions and lacks customer service skills. Thank God we skipped out on their services. Also, they do not offer warranty on their work and, if within, the 90 day period you see any pest YOU are responsible for the follow up pest control payment. Stay far away!”
