“The service itself is probably OK, but they are very poor at explaining what you get and what you are committing too. 1) The Quarterly pest control consists of 5 applications, not 4. The first at a reduced rate is followed one month later with a standard rate application, and then 3 more standard rates to close out the year. 2) Not only do you get 5 applications instead of what most people would expect a quarterly year to be 4, but your year does not end your commitment. The contract states in big bold letters "This agreement is for the initial 12 month period", but above in standard print you will see that if you don't notify them in writing, your pest control and billing continues into year two. 3) They send someone out to ask you if you want service, but even if you say no, that does not suffice for the "Written 30 day cancellation" they require. In other words they don't care if you tell their sales team you don't want service, you are going to keep getting it until you supply written notice of cancellation. I have no problems with the product or those doing the applications. The problem is with the tactics used by the company on getting and keeping business.”
