“I worked for this company for six months. I have worked with two other local pest control companies in the past. Their training is inadequate and one often learns from ones mistakes, when they bring you in for counseling, or during an open meeting! There is no employee hand-book for employees that spells out rules and expectations, for one has to rely on word of mouth from various employees. The bottom line is sales for this small company, and they'll remind you of it constantly. They have an hourly wage (weekly pay), with commissions/bonuses at mid-month on past sales. Field techs have very little input on schedules or schedule changes. I quit suddenly after I was rudely texted after hours by the manager. Due to this, they decided with hold my previous months earned commission bonus, which I felt as retaliation from management. I called to inquire about this non-payment, and he said it was at their discretion to not pay me. Has high overturn of employees at times. If one likes honesty, good management, good communication, and consistency.......then look elsewhere. Just my humble opinion.”
