“I contacted this company for a quote to deal with a hornet infestation in my home. I worked with the manager, Sandy, who seemed pleasant and asked questions about our specific problem, explained available discounts etc. She stated that the quote was good for 24 hours and that it would be fine to call back after discussing this with my husband. Within 10 minutes I received a voicemail saying that they were withdrawing the bid. When I called back to ask why(we are in a new home and I thought maybe there were outstanding issues with the old owners that I wanted to clear up) and she kept interrupting to say me that she does not have to give a reason, that she has no interest in doing business with me, and that she just wants me off the phone. I would recommend saving yourself a headache, and calling a company with a better reputation for customer service.”
