“i was extremely disappointed. They charged me $245 upfront and did not catch the raccoon. They came once to put a trap on the hole and only came back 2 weeks later to pick it up. I saw the raccoon the day before they left the trap and the day after. there was no camoflouge on the trap. When I complained, they said they would need to charge me again before they came. DO NOT USE!”

“Jim and his team at Quality Pro not only rescued "Teddy" but also rescued me from the first company that unsuccessfully tried to capture him over four days of hell.
