“David McMullan, the owner of Quality 1st Pest Solutions came over a few weeks ago and after inspecting our home and our property, he suggested an exterior spraying against ants. We had suffered a mini-invasion, but didn't want to have our home sprayed inside because of my wife's allergies. Within a few days the ants stopped coming. We haven't seen one inside since. “First I would like to say that after talking to the answering service. Dave called me back very quickly to schedule an appointment for a time between 2-4pm. He told me he would call back with an exact time earlier in the day. He never called with an exact time and When my appointment time came, he never showed. I called at 330 to figure out where he was, and was told they would have him contact me. Which he never did. I called back at 430 to try again and figure out if he was even going to try and show up to spray my house and was told that they would get a hold of Dave and call me back shortly. After waiting another hour I called back at 530, telling them to not bother showing up that I was done waiting for them. I have to say the only reason I'm eating this 1 star is how quickly he called back to schedule the appointment. Otherwise this would be getting 0.”
