“Be careful calling this company, They are extremely over priced. I called and asked for a Tech to come and fix my bed bug issue..I had 350+ dollar to spend on him spraying. We had a small issue. the Tech came and looked around, He told me he expected a much worse issue and that He was expecting to work on the complex,or multiple apartments. He found 1 bed bug under a chair, We removed it together. He said that for him to treat me would cost me A LOT of money and he did not feel it was fair to push the service on me because he is a nice, honest man. I even asked him what I owed him for removing the 1 bug and he said Do not worry about it, he really didn't do any services except advice.He also gave us some advice on how to do it our selves and what spray to use. Now 2 YEARS Later I have some woman calling me saying I owe 98 dollars for this man showing up at my door. like hes worth 200 dollars an hour...really? I was never told I would have to pay him anything for showing up at my door. She then tells me she doesn't believe that this employee would be this nice and save us from debt and extreme expenses for such a small issue. I Bet you she is going to go after my Credit. Try to ruin my life because she is so twisted she cant believe a man would do another man a favor. Im sure the tech is a excellent employee and would do a find job if he was hired. Unless your pockets are deep stay away.”
