“A week after this company came out to spray I still see ants. I called for them to respray and on the day of my appointment, an hour before they were supposed to arrive, I received a call stating I would have to pay for them to respray. Although the problem was never rectified they still expected me to pay them again for something they did not fix the first time. Please do not waste your time or money. Very unprofessional”

“Technician was great. Everything else was very unprofessional. Tech was scheduled for 9am arrived at 10:50 with no phone call. After completion of job I was informed they did not accept checks and would charge me 3% to use my c.c. or debit card! None of this information was given to me ahead of the service. I then had to load up my child to go to the bank. When I asked for a receipt as I was handing over more than a thousand dollars I was told they didn't do that. That the completion of the job was my receipt. (In a sarcastic tone) she then said she guessed she could email me a receipt which I am still awaiting. Very unprofessional and the receptionist was rude. The only reason I am giving them two stars was because if the friendly and hard working technician.”
