“We called to set up an appointment and they explained pricing and how often they treat. The technician arrived and wanted us to sign a one year contract up front. The person on the phone had said nothing about a year contract. A company that wants you to commit hundreds of $$$ before you can see what they do looks like they don't believe in their own services. If it works, I'll be back. Trying to force the contract on you after the tech arrives is bush league. Now I'll never use these guys for pest control because they aren't honest.”
