“We have been using Premier for over 4 years. We have a large yard with nearly an acre of grass to maintain and we're surrounded by woods, so keeping the bugs, weeds, and crud out of our yard is a task. I couldn't do it myself and tried another company for a couple years......they were unable to keep my yard nice looking and bug free. John Dyches and Premier were recommended so I called them. John came out and looked at the yard and did a great job explaining how he'd take care of it. My yard has been great since we started using Premier. Weeds and bugs are well under control....neighbors yards aren't nearly as nice. Premier's trucks are clean and staff are always very friendly and helpful. If I call with a question or problem, I get a quick answer -- not too many companies have good service nowadays. I also like Premier's website -- lots of info, yard care tips, and answers to questions. If you're going to have grass, it might as well look good -- Premier's done a great job helping me keep my yard nice.”

“The boss was really nice the first time he came out. I had a tick problem. I know they are difficult to get rid of, and so did Premier Pest. He did not seemed surprised when the first visit did not get rid of the ticks. When I called to get a second visit he said to wait a week to see if the residual poison would kill them. Of course residual poison did not kill the ticks, the vacuum of space does not even kill them. On his second trip to my house he started blaming me for the first visit being unsucessful, because I had too much stuff in my house or my yard was not perfect enough. He saw all of these things when he came up with the price and if he thought they would be a problem then why did he not come up with a more appropriate price? The second trip out he refused to respray the yard as well. The second trip was also unsucessful at killing off all of the ticks. When I called to say that the problem was still not taken care of (they offered a 60-day guarantee) the boss said the third time would be the last time he came out regardless of if it worked or not because he was losing money. I'm pretty sure that is not how a guarantee works, but thankfully the third trip was one of the employees and he was very polite and resprayed the whole house and both the front and back yard. The third time out did manage to get rid of my tick problem. But each time I had to have him come back out I had to pay to have my pets boarded for the day and take time off work to be at the house when they arrived.”
