“The owner said it comes with a guarrantee, took our money, and yet mice reappear!! He now say there is no such guarrantee, then say he claims he will give us one for a new sum of money, then they say that actually lasted only for 6 months... then fill up the holes with a foam that a baby could push through! Terrible Service!! Get a written guarrantee before you do anything with them! They don't even know where they put the traps they set. They send a new guy every time they come out and ask where are the traps? Really? I think they should know.”
