They cleared all the roaches out and kept them out. This was in our previous home. Since we moved into a newly-built home on what used to be farmland, they have kept us bug free. They were recommended to us originally, and we have recommended them to many others.”

“I had an appointment for inspection a couple weeks ago. The appointment was at noon. The man that was doing the inspection showed up at 8:00 AM. I work nights so I sleep late. He didn't even come in to do the inspection. Just stood out on my porch and told me what needed to be done, that it was going to cost me thousands of dollars for the service, and would take a minimum of 3 treatments to get rid of the problem. These people clearly either need to hire exterminators with good customer service or just shut down. They obviously don't want to do their job. Not to mention, my parents have a contract with them and the person they have doesn't want to do the job they were hired to do at their house. This company is the absolute worst.”

When the worker came out, he wrote upa quote for the work and set an appointment for the following day, but never showed. Another appointment was set, no one showed. Another appointment was set, the guy who showed had no idea what he was supposed to be doing. Another appointment was set, and no one showed. I ended up fixing the problem myself.”
