“We have a bit of a problem with some mice in the home...gave point pest control a call on Friday last week. The lady I spoke to was very informative and professional. She set me up a free consultation for the following Tuesday and I got a phone call within the next 15 minutes from Kenny to let me know they could come that same day if I was available. I had to work so we kept our Tuesday appointment. Kenny was on time and was a very professional and fun guy. Interacted with my children and dogs and answered all my questions. Very knowledgeable. After the consultation he sent Jeremy over to set the traps and spray the house. He was also very professional and kind. I had read great reviews and those reviews are definitely earned! “Great service and understanding during a very stressful time . Our inspector Steve was great answering all of my many many questions. Our technician was great at explaining what he was going to do and why. Compaired to other quotes and what was included in the quote Pointe was the best "bang for our buck" offering a more aggressive multi treatment plan for less then what others offered for just a basic 1 technique treatment. Should i EVER encounter bed bugs again be it a rental property or my home (and i hope i never do!) Pointe Pest Control is the ONLY ones I'll call.”
