“I wish I could give a score truly denoting the inefficiency and utter lack of area expertise that PVPC displayed. Upon moving into our new home, we were assured by Platte Valley Pest Control that any bat entry points had been sealed to prevent any future reentry and no live bat activity was noted. Within a month, we noticed a foul smell that got worse in the heat of the day. After hearing scratching and chirping IN THE WALLS of our bedroom, we decided to call a bat expert. Within moments of entering our house, he said the smell hit him immediately and was worse than most houses he had inspected. From a preliminary inspection, he found at least 5 places of possible entry and labeled this a severe case. The bat infestation is so bad that our family is at risk for bat bugs and lung disease due to the condition of the air. Had PVPC done their job, we could have caught this earlier and taken care of it before it resulted in this extreme and insidious condition which will cost us thousands to remedy. Under no circumstance should you use their services.”
