“wasp nest that was actually behind some wood trim on our house, so we called Plateau because dealing with this was beyond what we could do. They came out promptly, were extremely professional and applied a treatment that seemed to do the trick. A few weeks later, we noticed a new nest (or the old hive simply moved a bit) behind another piece of wood trim. Plateau came out again and treated that, also checking inside the attic to be sure that there wasn't a bigger nest there. That follow up visit was covered by the first visit's fee, which arguable might not have been the case. This is a great company, with outstanding customer service and they stand behind their work.”
